By booking with Infinity Charters and paying dues for your trip you are automatically a member of our club or P.M.A (private membership association). As a member, we will keep you updated on all association activities.
Articles of Association and Constitution
Infinity Charters Private Membership Association is a trust, a group of free men and women collectively asserting and standing upon our rights under the 1st and 14th amendments to the constitution of the United States of America to determine what devices, products, activities or services will be used to maintain the health of our own body, mind or spirit. We are not classified as a business nor do we participate in commerce. We stand firmly in our justified pursuit of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness as outlined in the Constitution of the United States of America.
Infinity Charters Private Membership Association is afforded all the rights and freedoms of an American citizen, including the right to due process under the 14th amendment should state officials make inquiries into the operation and organization.

The requirements for membership is as follows:

Members will pay required dues

Members will attend scheduled appointments

Members will agree on Chairperson and Secretary appointed by the Trustee.
Members may be excluded from the association for the following:

Failure to pay membership dues

Unacceptable conduct towards other members

Failure to attend appointments or club events
Collected dues will be dispersed as followed:

As needed to pay for club vessel , 2017 Bayliner Element Hull ID number: BLBX3527B717
-
As needed to retain and employ a United States Coast Guard certified captain to operate said vessel
-
As needed to pay for all expenses pertaining to said vessel including but not limited to fuel, necessary supplies, safety equipment and all legal as well as lawful requirements.
